| ACCOMMODATION |

We have four rooms available, all with en-suite facilities and three with their own, private outdoor space - balcony or terrace. All the rooms are situated on the first floor and are reached by an independent external stairway. There is private parking to the rear of the house.
In the extensive gardens you will find our above ground, outdoor swimming pool (available early June to end of August) and an enormous terrace where breakfast can be enjoyed during the summer months. Ballade des Pins sits on an elevated position and there are splendid views of vineyards and olive groves from every angle. Ten minutes' stroll away lies the friendly market town of Lodeve with the usual array of cafes, restaurants and shops etc.

| LOCAL TOURISM |
Lake Salagou is 7 kilometres from the house and provides all watersports in a safe and scenic setting. Lodeve has a medieval centre and cathedral, an art gallery and museum and a market every Saturday. There is also a large outdoor swimming pool and cinema.
Twenty minutes' drive away you will find St-Guilhem-le-Desert, a world heritage site and officially one of the most beautiful villages in France. The Cevennes are on our doorstep whilst thirty minutes' due south lap the warm waters of the Med. There are extensive beaches and pretty fishing villages such as Meze. |

| OTHER INFORMATION |
Flights arrive at any number of nearby aiports including Montpellier, Beziers, Nimes, Carcassonne, Perpignan, Rodez and Avignon. The TGV will take you to Montpellier where there are hourly coach services to Lodeve. |
