TWO PLACE DE LA LIBERTE is a spacious and comfortable house, dating from the middle of the 18th century and located in the village of Trausse-Minervois. This beautiful village house offers a superior example of a "Maison de Vigneron" (Winegrower's House) that was carefully and beautifully restored, preserving its original elegance and classic features while at the same time adding modern conveniences such as multiple bathrooms and a professional kitchen.
The house is situated on 3 floors where our guests can find both private and common spaces for their comfort, relaxation, and enjoyment. As you enter the ground floor you are greeted by an entry area that opens on to a long entry hall. This hall leads directly to a private courtyard where you can enjoy a cool and refreshing meal or drink.
The house features original Lanquedoc floor tiles, four fireplaces with marble mantles, and original plaster ceiling roses. The house was recently refurbished and complete redecoration of the interior spaces in a French Mediterranean style. All appliances and furniture are in new condition. The house offers peace and tranquility in the heart of the Minervois. Enjoy its charm and beauty, whilst enjoying the comforts of its modern facilities.

| LIVING ROOM |
The house offers guest to living rooms. The downstairs room is a large space with classic Languedoc details. Original floor tiles, marble fireplace mantle, and plaster ceiling medallion preserve the original details of the house interior. The room is furnished with a large comfortable sofa, two chairs, and satellite TV with DVD. In addition, there is a music system for playing CDs.

| KITCHEN |
The kitchen offers our guests a fantastic place for preparing meals using fresh ingredients from local farmer markets. There is a large professional stove and complete array of small appliances available for use. We have made available a complete collection of high quality pans and cooking utensils for our guest's use. Enough dishes for serving up to 8 are available.
The kitchen space also has a refrigerator with separate freezer compartment, pantry, washing machine, clothes dryer, and dishwasher.

| BEDROOM(S) |
There are 3 separate bedrooms and bathrooms for our guests.
The first bedroom "The Lilac Room" has a queen size bed. The room has a fireplace with a black marble mantle. There is an en suite bath with shower and wc. The room has plenty of closets. Large windows that open on to the Place de la Liberté file this bedroom with natural light.
The second bedroom "The Wine Room" is adjacent to "The Lilac Room" on the second floor of the house. The Wine Room is a large bedroom with a red clay tile floor with area rugs. The room has a fireplace with white marble mantle. Like the "Lilac Room", the Wine Room has a large window that overlooks the Place de la Liberté. The bathroom for the wine room is the main hall bathroom on the second floor. This bathroom has a full soaking tub and wc. A heated towel rack keeps your linens cuddly warm and soft>
The third bedroom, the "Rustic Room" is located on the top floor. It has its own private bathroom with shower and wc. The room is very rustic with exposed wooden beams and a wild decorative motif.

| LOCAL TOURISM |
The house is located in the heart of Minervois. There are fabulous wine makers in the local village and in the surrounding area. The Black Mountains are right out your door and the ancient medieval fortified Cité at Carcassonne is 25 minutes away. The Canal du Midi is less than 20 minutes and the beaches of the Mediterranean Sea are about 50 kilometers.
There is lots of activities in the area: Sightseeing, boating, golf, swimming, tennis, windsurfing, sailing, skiing, wine tasting. and farmer markets are all withing easy travel distance.
