In a charming village in the Nature Park of Haut Languedoc, this elegant house for 6 persons was built in 1901 and combines the charm of the period with modern comfort.
There is a sunny terrace, with an unobstructed view to the south and an enclosed garden, 400m2, shaded by hundred-year old trees.
The house is 110 m2. On the ground floor is the living room and kitchen/dining room. On the first floor are three bedrooms, toilet and bathroom with separate shower and bath.
Outside is the enclosed 400 m² garden, a large terrace, a garden that is not enclosed and private parking for your car.
The house is on a hillside, facing south, and surrounded by pine trees, chestnut trees and cedars.

Living Room
The large living room includes a large fireplace and a lounge corner with TV with video recorder.
and also a reading area with a bilingual library.
It opens out to the tarrace for sunbathing in the daytime and dining by candlelight in the evening. |

Kitchen
The dining room and the kitchen are equipped for 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, hot plates, microwave, fridge/freezer, dish-washer.
Outside, tables, garden chairs and barbecue await you under the shade of the trees.

Bedroom
On the first floor are two large bedrooms each with a double bed, large wardrobe and fireplace. The third bedroom has two bunk beds.
In the bathroom there is a bath, a shower and a washbasin for two people. The toilet is separate.
Also on the first floor is a wardrobe and a washing machine. Sheets and household linen are of course supplied. |

| LOCAL TOURISM |
Local tourism
Lenthéric is a tranquil little hamlet 30 mins from the sea.
You can discover the vineyards of the Faugères along the roads that wind through the hills, or walk on the "garrigue" among the holm oak trees.
5 minutes away is a village with cafés, baker, general store, pharmacy, post office as well as a swimming pool, horse-riding, paint ball, and tennis.
10 minutes away is a supermarket, pizzeria, market and restaurant. And also a thermal baths, and golf course at Lamalou-les-bains.
Nearby you can explore the sights of the Nature Park of the Haut Languedoc, the village of Roquebrun with its Mediterranean garden, the Gorges of Héric for swimming or watching the wild sheep.
20 minutes away is the town of Béziers with its lively night-life during the August feria. There is also the Canal du Midi and Pézenas, a lovely medieval town with its artisanal craftsmen, its art galleries and its Saturday market.
Half an hour away are the long sandy beaches of the Mediterranean and the resort of Cap d'Agde, appreciated for its night-life.
Lenthéric is in the heart of the Languedoc, and within an hour's drive is the medieval city of Carcassonne, the spectacular Millau Bridge and the dynamic town of Montpellier. |
