Le Petit Vigneron is a spacious, 2 bedroomed apartment,with secure parking and private south-facing terrace, set well back from the road in a lovely garden. It is only yards from the Canal du Midi and the village centre with cafés, restaurants and shops. It is ideally placed for exploring the rich variety of tourist attractions in Languedoc. |

| LIVING ROOM |
Its vine-covered entrance leads into the apartment by an open-tread staircase. The living room has settee, raised area with additional seating, TV, DVD,radio/CD, books and magazines. The room overlooks the garden where you can pick herbs to enhance your meals. |

| KITCHEN |
The kitchen end of the living room has pine dining table and chairs, full oven and hob, fridge, microwave and adequate worktop space and equipment for easy catering (even sharp knives!) |

| BEDROOM(S) |
The double room has a comfortable double bed, large pine wardrobe, side-tables and lamps.
The twin room has two single beds, a large built-in wardrobe, bedside table and lamp. The family-sized bathroom has a shower over the bath,vanity unit with plenty of storage, washing machine, hairdryer, iron and board. |

| LOCAL TOURISM |
Within 30 minutes you can be in the hills of the National park, on one of the many Mediterranean beaches, or wine tasting at the huge number of Domaines of Minervois or Corbières. In less than an hour you have the choice of Cathar castles, major towns like Montpellier and Carcassonne or in only an hour you can get to Spain! |

| OTHER INFORMATION |
The apartment is close to 4 "low-cost" airports, Carcassonne, Béziers, Montpellier and Perpignan.
We provide all bed linen and towels (except beach towels)and a welcome pack of basic items.
We ask for a non-returnable deposit of 25% to secure a booking, the balance due 6 weeks before arrival together with a security deposit of £100, whch is returned with in 2 weeks of departure.
Changeover in high season is on Saturday, arrival after 4pm, departure by 10am. |
