Maison d'Olivier is a traditional vigneronne's house, which has been tastefully restored to accommodate the needs of modern lifestyles.
The character of the house has been retained with exposed oak beams, stone walls and tiled floors.There are 4 good size bedrooms, an ensuite, shower room and downstairs and pool side toilet. |

| LIVING ROOM |
The living area is on the first floor and is bright and spacious, consisting of a living room, dining area, kitchen and separate toilet. This area opens onto a south facing terrace with a dining table and chairs. The terrace overlooks the garden and pool area, is an excellent sun trap, and a great place for al fresco dining.
Steps lead down to the enclosed courtyard garden with a private swimming pool (20 sq m). |

| KITCHEN |
The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker/oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and plentiful supply of cooking utensils.

| BEDROOM(S) |
There are 4 good size bedrooms:-
The master bedroom, on the first floor, has a king size bed, exposed oak beams and stone walls. The bedroom leads onto an en suite which has a roll top slipper bath and shower, as well as a toilet and sink.
The 3 upstairs bedrooms are also spacious and bright (2 with king size beds and 1 with 2 singles). All have exposed oak beams and polished wooden floors. There is also a spacious shower room and toilet. |

| LOCAL TOURISM |
Autignac is a sleepy, yet authentic working village, surrounded by vineyards and rolling countryside with views onto the Haut Languedoc mountains.
The village has all the shops for your basic requirements, including a bakery, butchers, chemist, post office, grocery and café bar.
Maison d'Olivier is a good base from which to enjoy many activities such as walking,cycling, swimming/water sports or wine tours and site seeing. The Mediterannean is only 20 minutes away. |

| OTHER INFORMATION |
There is a home entertainment centre with surround sound with a selection of CDs and English speaking DVDs provided, including some children’s favourites.
The garden is very private with a pool and heated shower. There are ample sun loungers, chairs, a children’s paddling pool and a large barbecue. The garden contains a variety of Mediterranean style potted plants, such as lavender, rosemary and of course an olive tree.Mountain bikes are also available.
